About Me

Michael Stanish: Michael grew up in Montana on his parent’s ranch south of Great Falls. He uses oils, watercolor, ceramic and steel to create portraits, landscapes and figurative works. Over the years Michael has participated in numerous shows and exhibitions including the CMR Art Auction, the Yellowstone Art Museum, Ducks Unlimited, Missouri River Fly Fishers Auction, Art in the Park, Beijing, China Cultural Exchange, The Loveland, CO Sculpture Invitational and many one-man shows. His works have been purchased for private and public collections throughout the United States. He was commissioned in Great Falls to do a large bas relief concrete sculpture for Trinity Lutheran Church, and a monumental steel and ceramic sculpture for the MSU College of Technology.
